How To Know The Difference In Truth or False
By Apostle Cathryn Ndyabagye

Corinthians 14:33 KJV says "For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace, as in all churches of the saints."

The Word of God is so amazing. It never leads you off-track, never misleads you, never gives false information, never discourages, nor  gives you false prophecies. The Bible is always correct in all of it's content.

Today we have to be so careful to not believe in those who set dates on Jesus return. For only God the Father knows the day or hour.  I wonder also how many listen to false prophets who make up many false predictions that never happen?

One time I had a friend who told me of a prophet said that Jesus was coming on a particular date. I told him that this man was not a prophet if he is sharing a date.

For nobody, not even Jesus knows the day or hour. Only Father God Heaven knows when Jesus is returning. I was concerned that my friend was being gullible at false beliefs.

Another time, he also told me that this same false prophet shared that the president of the USA was the Anti-christ.

I shared with him to read the book of Daniel and to know that the Antichrist is from Syria, as it's stated.

Remember,  It's all nonsense when you can't follow the Bible.

Did you realize that Christians have been saying that the last 4 presidents of the USA would be the Anti-christ?

That is how carried away people get into rumors and lies.

It's really sad when you think about it.  It amazes me how  gullible people are, especially Christians (who should know the Word of God).

We must stay with the Word in all things. And Pray, avoid these types of people because they are not lead of God.

Instead of believing everything that people say, we need to know scripture and what it says and and know how to tell truth from false.

You can't get sidetracked if you know the word of God.

Many people get into cults and end up falling away when they are not grounded in Jesus and His Word.

In  James 3:16 "For where envying and strife is, there is confusion and every evil work."

TRUTH:

John 1:14 says
And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.

John 3:21
But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God.

John 4:23
But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him.

John 4:24

God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.

John 8:32

And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.

John 14:17

Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.

John 17:17

Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth.

Even in these current situations, many become panicked and paranoid.

When in reality, according to scripture, no matter what goes on around us, we are to stay focused on the Hope of Glory in Christ Jesus and keep our Joy in God. Not get carried away with the troubles of this earth. Prayer works better than worry. AMEN

When we stay in the Word,  and know the Truth we do not have to fall into confusion from what people say. For we know what God says! AMEN

We receive peace and joy in God even in hard times. :)

I love this scripture in Psalm 71:1
In thee, O LORD, do I put my trust: let me never be put to confusion.

I thank God that we get our answers and guidance from the Words of God alone. We don't need man to teach us for the Holy Spirit reveals all Truth to us. And surely, He does not lead us into false teachings, lies, rumors, and gossip.

I am at a point in my life that I know many are getting caught up in anger, doubt, and many put their trust in humans, rather than God.

Many are paranoid of today's situations. It's all a trap of the enemy, and this is what the enemy wants the Christians to stumble into.

I am determined to keep my faith in God, Jesus, The Holy Spirit, and the promises of the Word. I want peace in my life and can always have it with my Savior. And peace and love can reign without confusion! AMEN

Another thing I think we need to be strong in God to be good examples and that way we won't get off-track with God.

If you remember the words of Jesus said in Matthew 24, and read it slow and carefully, and then, things will be more clear to you when you want to hear
others with their prophecies, and you will  not fear anything that comes about on this earth.

The Word does not lie, yet people do all the time. And many believers follow the lies, and go along with them. I don't think they mean to. It's just the lack of knowledge of the Bible that makes them go astray and to believe everyone. We can't do that in God.

We must test the spirit to see if they are of God.

1 John 4:1
Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.

Sometimes people say things to impress and sound good, and people follow this, and it's actually is sin, and pride  of man.

We must be careful to keep our armor on and know the Truth and not have to get lead into the ditch.

Luke 6:29
And he spake a parable unto them, Can the blind lead the blind? shall they not both fall into the ditch?

So, how can we determine what is real and what isn't?

When God has giving a person a real message, or real divine prophecy. It will always come to pass. If it does not come to pass it's false.

2 Peter 1:20
Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation.

2 Peter 1:21
For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost.

You know how the Bible says that man cannot live by bread alone?

I believe that we can't live by man's  prophecy alone. It must be God given and be a real divine message of truth from God.

God never lies and so we have to be careful about people who are wolves in sheeps clothing. They fake, pretend. And the Bible is very specific about pretenders.

Jesus said in Luke 12:56:
Ye hypocrites, ye can discern the face of the sky and of the earth; but how is it that ye do not discern this time?

The Word makes it clear what False Prophets were about:

Matthew 7:15
Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.

Matthew 24:11
And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many.

You see this a lot today, in ministers who are only trying to raise funds from people. They are fake. Money sucking pretenders!

Their message is not about God--only how take advantage of people. They do everything to impress you. Don't be deceived by them.

They try to twist the truth, make their own doctrines about prosperity preaching, they count every person who goes to church to tally what goes into their pocket. It's a scam!

They can shout hallelujah and say Amen but if their life is not about Jesus, then they are pretenders.

They like to wear the fancy robes and look important, stand on the street corners to be heard.

Jesus even said in Matthew 6:5
And when thou prayest, thou shalt not be as the hypocrites are: for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and in the corners of the streets, that they may be seen of men. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward.

Jesus wants souls saved, so they can live eternal life. That is first priority! We know for sure the Gospel is real. And our priorities are different than that of fake people. Those false people are not living right with God.

The Bible says you know they are Christians by their love. And fake pastors do not have love for the brethren. Only for his money. A false prophet is not concerned about people.

John 13:35
By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another.

Those genuine in God will not take advantage of people and put a burden on them, for money. Paul taught about this himself.

True Christians will have love and compassion and pray for people because they care.

Not to impress and say they healed someone!  And then try to get money from them. That is not how God works!

As you read all of Matthew 24 please note how Jesus said not to fear when we see these signs come to pass. For as you and I know, if we know God, and are Christain, we have no reason to fear anything at all except God. AMEN

Matthew 24:24
For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.

To be honest, I have seen many fake pastors on TV in Africa having fake miracle services. Some even pay people to lie for them to impress the views so they can have them send in money.
Sad but so true. We can't believe everything.

Not all pastors are given the healing ministry but it seems most of them claim they are healers and some genuinely have the call to allow God to use them that way, and many are fake too.

The fake ones try to get on TV and then have you call in your payments. They are scams. I saw people testify that they were paid to testify falsely that the pastor healed them, and didn't. So we must be so careful because this is such blasphemy.

Just because you see all this does not mean it's God. We must stay in the Spirit so our Spiritual eyes can be opened, and that we will know what is real and fake. The Holy Ghost will show you what is or not. AMEN!

1 John 4:1
Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.

Read also Mark 13 Chapter and
2 Peter 2:1-3

1But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction. 2And many shall follow their pernicious ways; by reason of whom the way of truth shall be evil spoken of. 3And through covetousness shall they with feigned words make merchandise of you: whose judgment now of a long time lingereth not, and their damnation slumbereth not.

Note: Verse two says Pernicious ways.
Do you know what  Pernicious means?  According to the yahoo education dictionary it means:
1. Tending to cause death or serious injury;
2. Causing great harm; destructive: pernicious rumors.

How many times to you see Christians listening to many rumors on the media and on TV, or online?

Some even cause great harm and even death to people.

Are we to follow the world in this? God forbid! Many believe anyone who says anything to them. Isn't this right?

If we keep The Word of God in our minds, and know what it  says, we will not fall for all the gossip, all the lies that are told.

We will seek God and see what He says to us. We will know according to truth of the Bible what is real and what isn't.

For the Holy Ghost will show us in our spirit. We have no need to be
gullible and spreading rumors. AMEN

Honestly, I withdrawal myself from those who are just sharing things that are rumors, of other people's business, and if I come across many of these prophecies that are questionable, I steer away from them.  I don't have time for them!

I make sure they follow the Word, before I will believe them. It's very important to be careful not to be gullible and believe everything.

I hope this information helps some of you, who are confused by some of the things said by Christians who claim to be a prophets. Or by those on TV who are convincing but fake.

God Bless you and hope you have a very peaceful and loving week, without stress or worry. Knowing we have confidence in God, following what Jesus said and what the Word promises us through eternity by the leading of the Holy Spirit.

May the peace of God reign in your hearts and Mind until Jesus comes!
God Bless!
